Hi, are you ready to feel great more of the time?

You’ve come to the right place; I’m on a mission to help people do just that!

I’m Tally; I’m a blogger, culture change professional and qualified coach.

If you find my blog helpful please do share it.

My personal experiences shaped my outlook on life, where I let my past shape my future. I let things and situations affect me or at least I thought they were responsible for how I felt at the time. This had a huge impact on my wellbeing and my responses to situations and people, which were emotionally charged and draining. I wasn’t really happy and I didn’t notice the fabulous things in my life or my great achievements.

I believe that living in the here and now means we notice more of the good things in life as they happen.  I believe too that we deal with the not so great from a place of balance because we don’t just focus on the bad.

A couple of years ago I had a little crisis and responded, as I always did, in a way that wasn’t helpful to me. I wanted to change this so started to read self help books, I kept a gratitude diary and I kept a journal to capture a lot of ‘stuff’ and my achievements, all of which helped.

I believe in taking small steps to learn more about whom we are, by investing time everyday to reflect so we can be our best selves.

More recently a wonderful thing happened! I came across a course on positive psychology and wellbeing and it gave me the theory, research and most importantly the practical tools to understand what I needed to do, hoorah! It completely changed my thinking and outlook on my life!

I believe that we are all brilliant; we need to choose to show up that way every single day, but sometimes we need help!

I want to share my learning, knowledge and experiences of applying positive psychology and wellbeing strategies to help others, especially when more people are experiencing common mental health problems.

In my blog I do just that. I focus on an inside out approach, with a reliance on ‘self’ rather than looking for external factors to make you happy or be great.  This creates long-term changes in habits and behaviours to be the best, happy you.

Thank you for visiting, please keep the ripples spreading!
